The goal: another bedroom and a full bathroom without building an addition. The set converts an existing study into a bedroom with its own closet, and expands a half bath into a full bath, all inside the existing walls.

Because the footprint and conditioned area stay the same, the work stays an interior permit: no new foundation and no exterior changes.
